  3. I have a USR Internal 14.4 Sportster Faxmodem that I bought about
  4. 4 months ago. Right now it has this problem:
  5. It always open the phone line, so I have to take the phone jack off.
  6. It immediately open the phone line when I connect the phone jack.

  8. The funny thing is this started at the same time with my friends
  9. modem, which is bought at the same time and from the same mail
  10. order.
  11.  
  12. One more thing: my friend brought his modem to another country
  13. (namely Indonesia). Can he still got support from US Robotics there?
